Becky's Cheddar Cheese Ring

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Grated
• 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
• 2 Cups Mayonnaise
• 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
• 1 Clove Garlic - Pressed
• 1/2 tsp. Tobasco
• 1 Cup Strawberry Jam

Preparation

Mix first six ingredients in greased ring mold (grease with mayonnaise). Refrigerate over night. Unmold by gently scraping around the edges. Place strawberry jam in center of mold. Serve with Triscuits.
