German Pancake

Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Flour
    • 6 Eggs - Beaten
    • 1/2 Cup Milk
    • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
    • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
    • 1/2 Cup Butter


Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    • In oven melt butter in a 9 x 13" pan until it sizzles.
    • Stir remaining ingredients into pan.
    • Bake 15-20 minutes.
    • Do not open door to peek !!!
    • Garnish with fruit, honey, Preserves, syrup, etc.
