Corn Polenta

  • 1 Onion - Chopped Coarsely
  • Sauté in 2 Tsp - Sesame Oil
  • Add a Pinch of Salt - Cook Until Translucent.
  • Add 2 1/2 Cups Water to Onions
  • Add a Pinch of Black Pepper
  • (If Desired You May Also Add Grated Carrot, Chopped Fresh Basil, Turmeric or Parsley)
  • Cut the Corn Off of 2 Ears of Corn. Add to Water Mixture
  • 1 Rounded Tsp Salt
  • Bring To a Boil
