Spring Rolls

Filling:

    • Daikon Radish - Grated
    • Bok Choy - Finely Chopped
    • Carrot - Grated
    • Rice Stick Noodles - Softened in Hot Water for 3-5 Minutes
    • Cilantro
    • Green Onions

Mix together all of the above. Prepare marinade and pour over all.


Marinade:

    • 3 Parts Soy Sauce
    • 1 Part Rice Wine Vinegar
    • Fresh Garlic - Minced
    • 1 Tsp. (or to taste) Toasted Sesame Oil
    • Sugar (to taste)
    • Red Pepper Flakes
    • Green Onions

Place a small handful on rice paper which has softened in warm water for approx. 2-3 minutes. Roll and cover with Saran. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with Plum Sauce.
