French Beef Stew

Mix Together the Following and Place in a Covered Dutch Oven or Casserole:

    • 3 lbs Stew Meat - Cut Up
    • 1 Jar Small Creaming Onions
    • 1 Can Tiny Le Seur Peas
    • 1/2 Cup White Wine
    • 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Tsp Meat Seasoning
    • 3 Large Carrots
    • No. 2 Can Tomatoes
    • 1/2 Cup Canned Beef Consume
    • 4 Tbs Minute Tapioca
    • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
    • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
    • 1 Bay Leaf

Cook at 250° for 6 or 7 hours.

Great with black bread and Burgundy wine!
