Sunburst Muffins

Ingredients for Muffins

• 1 18.5-oz Box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
• 1 3.75-oz Package Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 Cup Buttermilk
• 4 Eggs

Ingredients for Glaze

• 3 Tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
• 6 Tbs Fresh Orange Juice
• 1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3.33-3.5 Cups Confectioners' Sugar - Sifted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix muffin ingredients and pour into greased miniature muffin tins. Bake for ten minutes. Mix glaze ingredients. Dip warm muffins into glaze and place on cake rack to drain.
