Easy Spinach Manicotti

Ingredients

    • Package 8 oz. manicotti shells
    • 2 cups (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon basil, dried
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    • 1 cup (8 oz.) pasta sauce
    • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese


Preparation

    • Preheat Oven to 350°
    • Cook Manicotti Shells as Directed on Package. Drain.
    • Mix Remaining Ingredients (Except Pasta Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese).
    • Fill Manicotti Shells with Spinach Mixture; Arrange in 13x9" Pan. Pour Pasta Sauce Over Manicotti; Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese.
    • Cover and Bake Until Hot and Bubbly, Approximately 25 minutes.
