Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

    • 4-1/2 Cups Sugar
    • 18 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
    • 1 Tbs Vanilla
    • 2 Sticks Butter
    • Dash Salt
    • 1 16-oz Bag Marshmallows
    • 2 Cups Pecans (Optional)


Preparation

    • Melt butter, add milk, then sugar and bring to a boil. Keep at full boil for 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 minutes, stirring regularly.
    • Take away from heat and add marshmallows and chips. Mix together, add 1 Tablespoon vanilla, salt and pecans.
    • Pour into buttered pan (or use Pam). Place on counter.
