Marinated Shrimp

Use 3 lbs. Raw Shrimp Shelled & Deveined. Cook Shrimp 3 Minutes in 6 Cups Boiling Water.

Boil & Reduce While Simmering for 10 Minutes:

  • 2 Cups Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 6 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Dill Seed
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried Tarragon
  • 1 Tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Mustard


Add shrimp to sauce and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes.

In a large dish or bowl, layer shrimp, 1 cup chopped onion, and marinade. Let sit for 48 hours in refrigerator. Serve with toothpicks.
