Chocolate Chip Pan Cake

Cake

• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 3 Tbs Cocoa
• 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
• 1 Tsp Soda
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 Egg
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 Cup Boiling Water

Mix as listed. Add water last. Pour in 12 x 8 x 2 pan and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Icing

• 3 Tbs Butter
• 4 Tbs Evaporated Milk
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
• 1 Small Pckg Chocolate Chips

Mix and let dissolve over slow heat until melted. Pour over cake and set under broiler for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with small package chocolate chips, while hot.
