Apple Cider Margarita

Ingredients

• • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau

  • 1 oz tequila

  • 2 oz apple cider

  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar

  • 1 stick cinnamon sticks for garnish

  • 2-3 thin slices apple for garnish

Preparation

• • Rim glass with cinnamon sugar by running a lime wedge round the outer lip of your coupe glass.  Slowly dip the rim into a wide bowl or plat filled with cinnamon sugar.  Shake off any excess

  • Add lime juice, Cointreau, tequila and apple cider to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake until combined, about 15 seconds

  • Strain shaker into the glass.  Garnish with cinnmon sticks and apple slices
