Chalupas

    • 1 3-lb Boneless Pork Roast - Trimmed
    • 1-lb Pinto Beans Uncooked
    • 1 4-oz Can Chopped Green Chilies
    • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    • 2 Cloves Garlic - Minced
    • 2 Tbs Chili Powder
    • 1 Tbs Salt
    • 1 Tbs Cumin
    • 1 Tsp Oregano
    • 7 Cups Water

Place all ingredients in a crock-pot. Cover and simmer all day, until roast is very tender and falls apart. Stir thoroughly.

Serve over tortilla chips and with a variety of the following condiments:

    • Sour Cream
    • Grated Cheese
    • Hot Sauce
    • Chopped Tomatoes
    • Chopped Avocado
    • Chopped Onion
    • Shredded Lettuce
