Jeanne's Rice Salad

Start With:

  • 1 Pckg. Chicken Rice-A-Roni - Cooked as Directed & Cooled


Combine With:

    • 1 Large Green Pepper

    • 1 Cup Celery - Chopped

    • 3 Green Onions - Chopped

    • 1 Cup Green Salad Olives - Drained

    • 2 Small Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained, reserve marinated

    • 1 Cup Cashews - Whole or Pieces


Dressing:

    • Combine Marinade & 1 Cup Mayonnaise - Blend or Shake Well

    • Toss Ingredients Together

    • Add Cashews Just Prior to Serving or They Will Get Soft

    • Can Be Made One Day in Advance


Alternatives:

    • Add Shredded Chicken Breasts

    • Add Curry to Dressing
