Mexican Salad Casserole

    • 1-1/2 lb Ground Beef
    • 2 Tbs Chili Powder (or to taste)
    • 1 Cup Diced Onions
    • 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
    • Salt and Pepper

Brown this mixture and add:

    • 1 Tbs Taco Sauce
    • 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
    • 1 Small Can Stewed Tomatoes with Onions and Peppers

Put ingredients in casserole and top with 1 can refried beans. Also grate 1/2 pkg. of Longhorn and Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Heat at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Serve buffet style with:

    • Tortilla Chips or Doritos
    • Casserole
    • Chopped Lettuce
    • Chopped Tomatoes
    • Sour Cream
    • Chopped Green Onions
    • Grated Cheese
    • Guacamole
