Marianne's Lemon Tart

    • 2 Sticks + 5 Tbs Butter
    • 4 Cups Flour
    • 3/4 Cup Sugar
    • 1/4 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Egg + 1 Egg Yolk

Mix & Roll – Place in Tart Pan.

    • 3 Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
    • 3/4 Cup Sugar
    • Juice of 3 lemons + 1 Orange
    • 1/2 Pint of Cream (1/2 Cup)


Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with door open.
