Fried Fish Batter

Ingredients

Mix 1/2 Cup Prepared Mustard with the Following:

    • 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
    • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 Tsp Salt (Use Garlic Salt if Desired)


Preparation

    1. Dredge Fish in Sauce
    2. Wipe Off Excess with Next Piece of Fish
    3. Roll in Seasoned Breadcrumbs
    4. Place Gently in Smoking Hot Oil
    5. Fry Until Flaky
