Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

    • 4 Eggs - Beaten
    • 2 Cups Sugar
    • 4 Tsp Vanilla
    • 2 Cups Milk
    • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
    • 2 Cups Half & Half


Preparation

Cook the first four ingredients in top of double boiler until thick. Cool. Add cream and half and half. Pour into electric freezer, stirring until consistency of ice cream.


Yield: 1/2 Gallon
