Smokestack Beans

Ingredients

    • 1 lb Bacon - Fried and Minced
    • 1 Gallon Beans - Drained
    • 2.5 Cups Brown Sugar
    • 3 Tbs Minced Onion
    • 3 Tbs Chili Powder
    • 1 Tbs Dried Mustard
    • 3 Tbs Liquid Smoke
    • 3 Cups Barbecue Sauce


Preparation

Place all ingredients in large crock-pot and simmer 6-8 hours. Remove lid for the last hour so the beans can thicken. May also be baked in the oven at a very low temp, all day.
