Mike's Salmon

Ingredients

    • 1/2 lb Salmon Per Person
    • Place in a Well Oiled, 13 x 9" Pyrex Dish, Skin Side Down
    • Sprinkle With Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Dill, Tarragon, etc.
    • Sprinkle Lightly With Soy Sauce
    • Spread a Thin Layer of Brown Sugar Over the Entire Piece of Salmon
    • Flip Over So That The Skin Side is Up
    • Bake at 350° for 20 Minutes
    • Remove Skin - Flip Over
    • Bake for 10 Minutes


Great with bow-tie pasta with pesto and a big salad!
