Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients

    • 2 (16-oz.) Cans Refried Beans
    • 1 (15-oz.) Large Jars Picante Sauce (mild)
    • 2 Onions - Chopped
    • 5 Avocados (make dip)
    • 2 Tbs. Sour Cream
    • 2 Tomatoes - Chopped
    • 1 Tsp. Dry Minced Garlic
    • 1 Tsp. Salt
    • 2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper, Lemmon Juice
    • 6 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 6 oz. Monterrey Jack Cheese
    • Garnish w/ Cherry Tomatoes & Olives


Preparation

    • Mix beans with picante to make spreadable (approximately 1/4 bottle).
    • Spread 1/2 in bowl.
    • Sprinkle 1/2 of onion, 1/2 guacomole, layer of picante sauce, 1/2 cheese.
    • Repeat.
