Meat Loaf

    • 2 lb Ground Chicken Breast
    • 2 Small Onions - Chopped (or 1 Medium)
    • 24 Saltines
    • 4 Egg Whites
    • Garlic Salt
    • Pepper
    • 2 Pckg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    • 2 Small Cans Hot V8 juice


Sauce

    • 1 Cup Honey
    • 1/2 Cup Mustard
    • 2 Small Cans Hot V8 Juice

Pour sauce over loaf. Bake for and hour or more at 350 degrees. Sauce will be thickened and browning around the edges (like syrup) when done.
