Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

    • 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    • 1 Tbs Cocoa
    • 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/8 Tsp Salt
    • 3 Tbs Milk
    • 1 Tbs Salad Oil
    • 1/3 Cup Chopped Nuts
    • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
    • 1 Tbs Cocoa
    • 2/3 Cup Hot Water

Preparation

    • Heat oven to 350 º. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa and hot water. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
    • Mix brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cocoa; sprinkle on batter. Pour hot water on batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if you wish.
