Connie's Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

    • 2-1/2 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
    • 2-1/2 Cups Cold Milk
    • 4 Tbs Flour
    • 1 Cup Sugar
    • 1/2 Tsp Salt
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 Tbs Butter
    • 2 Tsp Vanilla


Preparation

    • Heat milk and chocolate together until chocolate melts. Then combine flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Beat until mixture is smooth.
    • Add to milk and chocolate mixture, and cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell.
    • Cool, and served with whipped cream.
