Marinade for Venison

Ingredients

    • Juice of 2 Lemons
    • 1 Stick Butter
    • Dash Worcestershire Sauce
    • Salt
    • Pepper


Preparation

Marinate in mixture of the above ingredients for several hours. Remove from marinade and sprinkle venison back strap with lemon-pepper marinade. Grill until done.
