Queso & Sausage
- 1 lb. Sausage (I use 1/2 hot, 1/2 regular or lite).
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 lb. Cream Cheese
- 2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes - undrained
- Brown the sausage then drain. Add the Velveeta, cream cheese, and rotel tomatoes. Cook over low-to-medium heat until the cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips or sliced raw veggies (cucumber slices, mini carrots, red & yellow bell peppers.
