Filling:
- Daikon Radish - Grated
- Bok Choy - Finely Chopped
- Carrot - Grated
- Rice Stick Noodles - Softened in Hot Water for 3-5 Minutes
- Cilantro
- Green Onions
Mix together all of the above. Prepare marinade and pour over all.
Marinade:
- 3 Parts Soy Sauce
- 1 Part Rice Wine Vinegar
- Fresh Garlic - Minced
- 1 Tsp. (or to taste) Toasted Sesame Oil
- Sugar (to taste)
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Green Onions
Place a small handful on rice paper which has softened in warm water for approx. 2-3 minutes. Roll and cover with Saran. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with Plum Sauce.
