Mexican Salad Casserole
- 1-1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Tbs Chili Powder (or to taste)
- 1 Cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- Salt and Pepper
Brown this mixture and add:
- 1 Tbs Taco Sauce
- 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Small Can Stewed Tomatoes with Onions and Peppers
Put ingredients in casserole and top with 1 can refried beans. Also grate 1/2 pkg. of Longhorn and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Heat at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve buffet style with:
- Tortilla Chips or Doritos
- Casserole
- Chopped Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Chopped Green Onions
- Grated Cheese
- Guacamole
