Flourless Chocolate Cake


    • 200 Grams 70% Dark Chocolate (Lindt is Really Good)
    • 200 Grams Salted Butter (2 Sticks minus 2 Tbs)
    • 5 Eggs
    • 250 Grams Sugar (1-1/8 Cup)


    • Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Melt chocolate with butter (Power 6 on the microwave). Add sugar to mixture and let cool down. Add eggs one by one and mix after each one. Add flour. Pour into a floured- or sugar-coated pie dish and bake 22-30 minutes. The middle should be wiggly and jiggly.
    • For 4 individual ones, cut recipe in half. Pour into 4 small custard dishes and cook on tray about 20 minutes.
