Easy Spinach Manicotti
Ingredients
- Package 8 oz. manicotti shells
- 2 cups (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon basil, dried
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup (8 oz.) pasta sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Preheat Oven to 350°
- Cook Manicotti Shells as Directed on Package. Drain.
- Mix Remaining Ingredients (Except Pasta Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese).
- Fill Manicotti Shells with Spinach Mixture; Arrange in 13x9" Pan. Pour Pasta Sauce Over Manicotti; Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese.
- Cover and Bake Until Hot and Bubbly, Approximately 25 minutes.
