Apple Pie


    • 1 15-oz. Pkcg Pillsbury Pie Crusts
    • 6 Cups Thinly sliced - Peeled Apples
    • 3/4 Cup Sugar
    • 2 Tbs Flour
    • 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/4 Tsp Salt
    • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
    • 1 Tbs Lemon Juice


    • Prepare pie-crust according to package directions for two-crust pie using 9 inch pie pan. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    • In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, Nutmeg and lemon juice; mix lightly. Spoon into pie crust-lined pan. Place second crust over filling; fold edge of top crust under bottom crust. Flute edge, cut slits in several places. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. 8 servings.
