Sweet Potato Casserole
- 3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Mix together in processor and put in a buttered dish. Sprinkle with the following topping:
- 1-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Hint: The recipe makes a lot of topping. You could probably halve the amounts of the topping ingredients and still have plenty!
