Grilled Peach Relish


    • 2 Peaches - Pitted
    • 2 oz Oil
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
    • 1 Tbs Sugar
    • 1 Tbs Basil - Minced


Rub peaches with oil mixture (half olive oil and half vegetable oil). Place on grill for 2-3 minutes. Once cooled peel the peaches then dice. Toss with sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil.


We mixed the sugar and vinegar together in a small bowl before combining with the peaches.
