- 1 Onion - Chopped Coarsely
- Sauté in 2 Tsp - Sesame Oil
- Add a Pinch of Salt - Cook Until Translucent.
- Add 2 1/2 Cups Water to Onions
- Add a Pinch of Black Pepper
- (If Desired You May Also Add Grated Carrot, Chopped Fresh Basil, Turmeric or Parsley)
- Cut the Corn Off of 2 Ears of Corn. Add to Water Mixture
- 1 Rounded Tsp Salt
- Bring To a Boil
