Ingredients
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 oz tequila
2 oz apple cider
1 cup cinnamon sugar
1 stick cinnamon sticks for garnish
2-3 thin slices apple for garnish
Preparation
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar by running a lime wedge round the outer lip of your coupe glass. Slowly dip the rim into a wide bowl or plat filled with cinnamon sugar. Shake off any excess
Add lime juice, Cointreau, tequila and apple cider to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until combined, about 15 seconds
Strain shaker into the glass. Garnish with cinnmon sticks and apple slices
