Ingredients
Mix 1/2 Cup Prepared Mustard with the Following:
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt (Use Garlic Salt if Desired)
Preparation
- Dredge Fish in Sauce
- Wipe Off Excess with Next Piece of Fish
- Roll in Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Place Gently in Smoking Hot Oil
- Fry Until Flaky
