Chocolate Caramel Oatmeal Squares
Ingredients
- 14 oz Caramel Squares
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Quick Oatmeal
- 1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 1 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
- Melt together caramel squares and milk over low heat. Stir and set aside.
- Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, beaten egg and melted butter.
- Press half of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle caramel over bottom layer. Sprinkle with remaining oatmeal mixture. Return to oven for 20 more minutes.
