Homemade Pasta


    • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
    • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 Egg White
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • Water


Place all ingredients except water in Cuisinart. Fill broken shell with water, and add water slowly to mixture while blade is running. Allow to form a ball. Remove ball to floured ball and allow to rest for approximately 10 minutes. Begin with a small ball of dough going through the pasta roller. Start at number one thickness number, and continue to highest number. Take strips of dough through desired cutter. Place on dowel rods and allow to dry. Note: It is not necessary to dry completely if cooking immediately.
