Marianne's Lemon Tart
- 2 Sticks + 5 Tbs Butter
- 4 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg + 1 Egg Yolk
Mix & Roll – Place in Tart Pan.
- 3 Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- Juice of 3 lemons + 1 Orange
- 1/2 Pint of Cream (1/2 Cup)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with door open.
