Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Sauerkraut
- 1 Tsp Sugar (Optional)
- 1 Small Onion - Chopped
- 1 Tsp Caraway Seed
Preparation
Drain juice from sauerkraut and rinse in a strainer. In a pan add the sauerkraut and caraway seeds with enough water to cover. Cook for ~15 minutes. Saute chopped onion, add to kraut with sugar to taste.
