Ingredients
- 2 (16-oz.) Cans Refried Beans
- 1 (15-oz.) Large Jars Picante Sauce (mild)
- 2 Onions - Chopped
- 5 Avocados (make dip)
- 2 Tbs. Sour Cream
- 2 Tomatoes - Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Dry Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper, Lemmon Juice
- 6 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 6 oz. Monterrey Jack Cheese
- Garnish w/ Cherry Tomatoes & Olives
Preparation
- Mix beans with picante to make spreadable (approximately 1/4 bottle).
- Spread 1/2 in bowl.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of onion, 1/2 guacomole, layer of picante sauce, 1/2 cheese.
- Repeat.
