French Beef Stew
Mix Together the Following and Place in a Covered Dutch Oven or Casserole:
- 3 lbs Stew Meat - Cut Up
- 1 Jar Small Creaming Onions
- 1 Can Tiny Le Seur Peas
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Meat Seasoning
- 3 Large Carrots
- No. 2 Can Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Canned Beef Consume
- 4 Tbs Minute Tapioca
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Bay Leaf
Cook at 250° for 6 or 7 hours.
Great with black bread and Burgundy wine!
