Trim bases off sprouts. Cut sprouts in half and place flat side down on a cutting board. Cut into fine shreds, starting at base. Heat butter in a 10” skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper, walnuts and red onion. Sauté mixture until sprouts are crisp-tender. Remove from heat and stir in grated lemon rind and lemon juice.
