Moroccan Seven Spice Blend


    • 1/3 cup ground black pepper

    • 4 tsp ground ginger

    • 4 tsp cinnamon

    • 2 tsp turmeric

    • 1 tsp cardamom

    • 1/2 tsp clove

    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


    • Combine spices and mix thoroughly

    • Store in an airtight container


  • Apply this to a pork shoulder. Initially rub the pork shoulder with salt before applying the Moroccan spice blend.

  • Serve this with large slices of roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, red onion, dried apricots and halved lemons. You can roast the vegetables along with the Moroccan Slow Roasted Pork.
