Ingredients
1/3 cup ground black pepper
4 tsp ground ginger
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Ingredients
Combine spices and mix thoroughly
Store in an airtight container
Notes
Apply this to a pork shoulder. Initially rub the pork shoulder with salt before applying the Moroccan spice blend.
Serve this with large slices of roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, red onion, dried apricots and halved lemons. You can roast the vegetables along with the Moroccan Slow Roasted Pork.
