Quick and Easy Salmon Filets

  • Place Fish on Oiled Broiler Pan, or On Foil That Has Been Sprayed with Pam
  • Brush Fish With a Mixture of 2 Tbs Teriyaki Sauce and 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Broil 4" From Heat for 5 Minutes
  • Turn and Cook 5-6 Minutes Until Fish Flakes
  • Serve with Lemon Wedges

Note: 1 pound of salmon filets makes 2 or 3 servings
