Too Easy To Be Good Coffee Cake


    • 1 25-oz Package Frozen Cloverleaf or Parkerhouse Rolls (24 count)
    • 1 Cup Brown Sugar - Firmly Packed
    • 1 3.5-oz Package Pudding and Pie Filling (Not Instant)
    • 1/2 Cup Pecans - Chopped
    • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine


Layer the frozen rolls in a bundt pan. Mix the brown sugar, butterscotch pudding and pecans and sprinkle on rolls. Pour butter or margarine over top. Cover w/wax paper and let rise overnight at room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes after removing from oven, then invert on a large round plate. Spoon any caramel mixture that runs on plate over top of rolls. Slices best w/electric knife. YUM!!
