Buffet Potatoes

Ingredients

    • 1 2-lb. Pckg Frozen Hash Browned Potatoes
    • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup - Undiluted
    • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup - Undiluted
    • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
    • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper (Optional)
    • 1 Pint Sour Cream
    • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
    • 2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 Tbs Chopped Parsley


Preparation

Thaw potatoes for 1 hour. Mix with all ingredients except cheese, paprika, and parsley. Put in a well greased casserole (13" x 9" x 2"). Sprinkle with cheese, paprika, and parsley. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
