Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbs Cocoa
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tbs Milk
- 1 Tbs Salad Oil
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs Cocoa
- 2/3 Cup Hot Water
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350 º. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa and hot water. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
- Mix brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cocoa; sprinkle on batter. Pour hot water on batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if you wish.
