Connie's Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2-1/2 Cups Cold Milk
- 4 Tbs Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
Preparation
- Heat milk and chocolate together until chocolate melts. Then combine flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Beat until mixture is smooth.
- Add to milk and chocolate mixture, and cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell.
- Cool, and served with whipped cream.
