Poppy Seed Dressing


    • 1-1/2 Cup Sugar
    • 2 Tsp Dry Mustard
    • 2 Tsp Salt
    • 2/3 Cup White Vinegar
    • 3 Tbs Onion Juice
    • 2 Cups Salad Oil (Wesson or Crisco, Never Olive Oil)
    • 3 Tbs Poppy Seeds


Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar together in blender. Add onion juice. Add oil slowly, keeping the blender running constantly, until mixture thickens. Add poppy seeds and blend a few more minutes. Store in a cool place or in refrigerator.
