Rippa (Belize)

Ingredients

    • 1-1/2 oz coconut rum

    • 2-oz pineapple juice.

    • 1 splash of grenadine syrup

    • 1 cherry or pineapple slice for garnish


Preparation

    • Mix all the ingredients in a cup of ice, stir and enjoy


Notes

    • You can substitue the pineapple juice/grenadine for Topo Chico and the juice of a whole lime to make an also delicious "Mike water"
