Rippa (Belize)
Ingredients
1-1/2 oz coconut rum
2-oz pineapple juice.
1 splash of grenadine syrup
1 cherry or pineapple slice for garnish
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a cup of ice, stir and enjoy
Notes
You can substitue the pineapple juice/grenadine for Topo Chico and the juice of a whole lime to make an also delicious "Mike water"
